Zero Balancing

Based on the belief that the body’s unseen energy field is related to the musculoskeletal system, this touch technique was developed by Fritz Smith, a doctor, osteopath and acupuncturist. In zero balancing, gentle pressure is applied, with particular attention paid to foundation joints. It is often used for stress reduction and to heal past emotional or physical traumas. Training requires a minimum 50-hour course and an 18-month certification program.
