This method of acupressure includes the practice of strenuous Buddhist meditation. It incorporates the creative use of the whole body, along with stretches and leverage to awaken the healing channels of the body. Practitioners may apply heavy pressure, using their full body weight when they press the points. Training typically requires a minimum of 600 hours, with supervised practice lasting one year.
