This delicious soy-based smoothie starts your day off right. It's a perfect way to get more soy into your diet.
Two Berry Smoothie
1 banana
1/3 cup dried cranberries or blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (chopped)
1/2 cup vanilla Silk soymilk
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve chilled.
